Yes, the Furrion Marine Speaker # FMS5B requires a cut out of 4-3/8" so you will have a bit of extra cutout left. The overall diameter is 6" for this speaker so you will need to measure the spread of the screw holes that your old speaker uses to determine if the screw holes will be covered.

The newer Furrion Marine Speaker - Recessed Mount - 5" Diameter - 30 Watts - Black - Qty 1 # FMS5B now says 15 watts on the back of the speaker.
With that said it is still a 30 watt speaker, but Furrion decided to put the minimum wattage instead of the maximum wattage though the ratings of the speaker stayed the same.

If you were planning on activating the light you'd have to run a separate 12 volt power wire for just the light. We have similar marine stereos that do have the weatherband but the # CPM150 does not have this. Instead we have the Jensen Heavy Duty Mechless Marine Stereo part # JHD910 that does have it. The Jensen Marine Speakers part # MSX65R are a rather odd size at 6-1/2" diameter. Therefore, there aren't really going to be any replacements that fit the same size cutout. I would also consider Jensen to be one of the better marine speaker manufactures as they provide more in their category than most others. Therefore, if I were you would just purchase another set and keep in mind they are covered under warranty for up to a year. view full answer...
The mounting holes for the Quest Marine Speaker # 292-100161 are 6-3/8" from center to center. There is not a seal of the back of the unit so I recommend using some butyl tape # AL28KV on the back to prevent water from leaking through.

The Jensen Enclosed Amplified Marine Subwoofer # JMPSW800 is designed to have RCA cables which are just signal wires ran to it and not speaker wire that carries an amplified signal, but what you can do is get a speaker wire to RCA adapter and you'd have a way to provide an audio source for the # JMPSW800.
